Description

Infra Red beaker dyeing machine is mainly Suitable for sample dyeing of Polyester, cotton, rayon etc. Fiber, Yarn & woven or no woven fabric. This machine is use in dyeing & processing units .

This machine double walled structure - Main Bath tank , Frame & Outer Body . Tank & Outer Body & Rotor Shaft made of Stainless Steel

Specification

The 'TEXTILE TECHNOCRATS' IRBeaker Dying Machine has following specification.

 BEAKER :  Beaker are made from SS-316 hollow seamless pipe of 4 mm thickness . The lid is made of SS and it fits into the beaker and is sealed by Teflon rings to avoid the leakage. Beaker are held securely by 4-6 mm Steel plate through screw .

HEATING :  For Maintaining  the temperature above 130^oC  by using of  Infra red heater. In main tank all 8 heater of 500 w & Shaft  . These heater can be worked simultaneously or individually as required rise of Temperature. This is controlled by Micro processor based programmer

TIMER : Time is set in Programmer.

COOLING- By Air Cooling Fan .
