Initial Phone Interview - We will be in touch to arrange a telephone interview.

Step 2
Mutual Discovery - If our initial interview generates mutual interest, you will proceed to the Discovery Stage when we will disclose many features of the Pro Ascenso Learning system to you. At the same time, we will thoroughly assess your potential to be a successful trainer.

Step 3
Confidential Application - Our Interview panel will review your Confidential Application and other relevant information. If approved, you will be given offer letter with mutually agreed terms - CONGRATULATIONS!
