HTHP Glycerin Bath Beaker Dying machine is mainly Suitable for sample dyeing of Polyester, cotton, rayon etc. Fiber, Yarn & woven or no woven fabric. This machine is use in dyeing & processing units . 

This machine double walled structure - Main Bath tank , MS Frame & Outer Body . Tank & Outer Body & Rotor Shaft made of Stainless Steel

The 'TEXTILE TECHNOCRATS' HTHP Beaker Dying Machine has following specification. 

BEAKER :  Beaker are made from SS-316 hollow seamless pipe of 4 mm thickness . The lid is made of SS and it fits into the beaker and is sealed by Teflon rings to avoid the leakage. Beaker are held securely by 4-6 mm Steel plate through screw . 

HEATING :  For Maintaining  the temperature above 130oC  by using of  emerson  heater. In main tank all 3 heater of  2kw & Shaft  . These heater can be worked simultaneously or individually as required rise of Temperature. This is controlled by Micro processor based programmer 

TIMER : Time is set in Programmer. 

COOLING : By Air Cooling Fan .
