Atmospheric Pressure Open Bath Beaker Dying machine is mainly Suitable for sample dyeing cotton, rayon etc. Fiber, Yarn & woven or no woven fabric. This machine is use in dyeing & processing units . 

This machine double walled structure - Main Bath tank  SS 304, Outer Body SS 304 and beaker made from SS 316.

The 'TEXTILE TECHNOCRATS' Atmospheric Bath Beaker Dying Machine has following specification.  BEAKER :  Beaker are made from SS-316 hollow seamless pipe of 4 mm thickness . The lid is made of SS and it fits into the beaker and is sealed by Teflon rings to avoid the leakage. Beaker are held securely by 4-6 mm Steel plate through screw . 

HEATING : Number of Heater – 2 No of 2 kw Each.

 

Specification

12 x 250 ml with up and down arrangement and also moving arrangement for better shaking. 

Beaker made from SS316 And body made from SS 304 with temperature indicator & controller
